Not An Accident?

Whether you are an “Out” trans person or you went back into the “Closet” we have targets on us. There we a hit and run in California last week where the target was a trans person.
Vigil Held For Transgender Teen Critically Injured In Hit-And-Run

BOYLE HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com)  — An emotional vigil was held Saturday evening for a transgender teen who remains in critical condition in the ICU at County-USC Medical Center following a hit-and-run accident.

KCAL9’s Erica Nochlin attended what friends of the teen were calling a “celebration of life.”

They also called it a ceremony for healing and a call for justice.

Friends and family of 16-year-old Annabel gathered outside the hospitalwhere Annabel is fighting for her life.

“I hope to God that she’s able to pull through and come forth and let us know what really happened,” said the victim’s uncle Fernando Velarde.
The police say,
Police have still not determined if the car hit Annabel on purpose and it’s also possible she was assaulted before the car struck.
But earlier reports said,

A 16-year-old transgender girl in the Los Angeles area was left for dead over the weekend after being struck by a car.

The incident may have been intentional and the victim’s family is asking the public for help in finding the driver of the car.

Police state she was ‘the victim of an assault and struck by a vehicle’ in the 3700 block of Romona Boulevard.
Only time will tell if the hit-and-run was intentional or not.
