We Have Been Around For A Very long Time

Most non-trans people think that we are a new phenomenon but we know that where you look in history you find trans-people. From America’s First People’s Two Spirit, to India’s Hijras, to the Mollies and the Tommies from 18^th England.

I came across this article from 2011,

5,000-year-old ‘transgender’ skeleton discovered

Archaeologists have discovered a 5,000-year-old skeleton which they believe may be the remains of a transgender person.

The male skeleton was found in a suburb of Prague and is buried in a manner previously only seen for female burials.

This is not the first time a skeleton has been found buried as a member of the opposite sex. One woman from the Mesolithic period, who was assumed to be a warrior, was found buried with weapons.

We will never know the true story about them, but it sure makes you wonder
